Coming to therapy can feel daunting and confusing. You may be feeling bad and not in a good place with your life. Something might have happened you want to make sense of, a recent loss, relational difficulties, change in circumstances or a life is going nowhere feeling, unmotivated to do anything, creating anxiety and low mood. What I can offer is a person to understand your losses, longings, hope and fears, who is there with you as you struggle to work out a happier, healthier way of being with yourself and others.

Therapy can change your life, providing space for self-development and exploration in which to grow and have the life you want. It is important to find the right therapist. The therapeutic relationship through trust and empathy can create healing and growth. I can provide a place of safety and support where we can explore together your difficulties and establish your emotional needs to determine better outcomes for you.
